Nominations for media award open - 11 July 2014

Nominations are now open for media awards that recognise responsible coverage of mental health issues.
The annual NSW Mental Health Matters Awards 2014 includes two categories for media coverage, including “National-State-wide category” and “Local Community category”.  Both awards come with a $500 first prize.

NAIDOC week reflections from the Mindframe team - 9 July 2014

Each July NAIDOC week celebrations are held across Australia to celebrate the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. NAIDOC stands for  ‘National Aborigines and Islanders Day Observance Committee’ and is an opportunity for all Australians to recognise the culture and contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
